David Spencer

District 4 Director

David Spencer was born and raised on the family farm in the RM of Connaught 457, situated North of Tisdale. David works with his brother on their third generation grains and oilseeds farm.

He has been actively involved on various Boards and Committees in his community and surrounding area and has been very involved in sports as an active participant, coach , and at the executive level. This involvement has instilled a strong belief in teamwork and social responsibility.

For David, APAS represents a opportunity to connect both of those beliefs. A strong advocate of APAS; David was elected to the Board of Directors in December of 2008.

David and his partner Judy continue to be active in sports, and travel extensively.
